Curaçao Music Export Office
Curaçao Music Export Office was established in 2024, with the goal to catalyze the growth and professionalization of Curaçao's music industry, and equipping artists with essential skills and networks for local and international success.
The Tumba Festival is one of the largest musical events in Curaçao and one of the highlights of the Curaçao Carnival. During the Tumba Festival, artists compete for the title of Tumba King/Queen to make their Tumba the official carnival song of the year. Every year our Tumba Festival showcases the exceptional creativity and skill of our local talents, highlighting the multitude of opportunities within our creative sector.
The Creative Industry Committee Curaçao (CCIC)
The CCIC was established on February 15, 2024. This committee consists of public and private stakeholders representing the interests of the creative industry to the government.
The objective of the CCIC is to create a favorable business environment for the development of the creative industry, improve the role and capacity of associations in the creative sector, and support skill development while pursuing opportunities for market growth.
